At Calonex, we respect your right to control your personal information. If you wish to delete your
account and associated data from our Platform, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
1. Via Email
Send an email to support@calonex.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
In the email, please provide:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- A brief statement requesting account and data deletion
2. Through the Support Form
Click the "Contact Us" button on our website and select "Data Deletion Request" as your reason for
contact (if available) or mention it in the message field.
What Happens After Your Request?
Once we receive your request:
- We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your account.
- We will process your request within 30 days of verification.
- Your account will be deactivated, and your personal data will be permanently removed from our
active databases.
- Some information may be retained in our backups or as required by law for a limited period, but
it will not be used for any other purpose.
