How to request deletion of your account and personal data

This page is provided to comply with Facebook Platform Policies regarding user data deletion.

Calonex LLC respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data.

If you have created an account on Calonex using Facebook Login or any other sign-in method, you may request deletion of your data by following the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data using any one of the following methods:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to:

Subject Line: Data Deletion Request – Calonex

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your Calonex account
  • Login method used (Facebook / Google / Email)
  • A clear statement requesting deletion of your account and personal data

Option 2: Facebook Platform Request

If you signed up using Facebook Login, you may also request data deletion through Facebook:

  • Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy
  • Navigate to Apps and Websites
  • Locate Calonex
  • Select Remove App
  • Choose the option to delete activity and associated data

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon verification of your request, Calonex will delete or anonymize the following, unless retention is required by law:

  • Account profile information
  • Contact details (email, phone number)
  • Property listings and uploaded documents
  • Communications and messages
  • Social login identifiers received from Facebook or other providers

Payment records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days after identity verification.

Confirmation

Once your request is completed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your data has been deleted or anonymized.
